Risk Disclosure
1. Extreme Market Volatility
Digital assets are subject to extreme price fluctuations. Unlike traditional fiat currencies or regulated securities, cryptocurrency markets are driven purely by speculation and market sentiment. Prices can drop rapidly, and you may lose a significant portion—or all—of your allocated capital in a very short period.
2. Liquidity and Execution Deficits
During periods of high market stress, asset liquidity can dry up instantly. This means you may not be able to buy or sell specific tokens at your desired price point. Stravion’s automated order routing engine works to find the best paths, but it cannot prevent market wide slippage or order processing delays.
3. Blockchain & Smart Contract Risk
By interacting with an automated exchange framework, you are relying heavily on technology. Transactions run via smart contracts on decentralized networks. These networks can suffer from congestion, forks, software bugs, or unexpected exploit attempts that are completely outside of Stravion's control.
4. Legislative & Regulatory Changes
The legal framework governing digital assets is constantly changing worldwide. New laws, tax regulations, or government restrictions can be introduced at any time. These legislative updates may negatively impact the availability, utility, or value of your digital assets on our platform.
5. User Key Ownership & Responsibility
Stravion runs on a non-custodial structure for standard transactions. This means you are completely responsible for protecting your own digital wallet, private keys, and login access. If you lose access to your private recovery keys, your funds cannot be recovered by our team.
